More than 14 people? Two or three vans run together with drivers that coordinate on WhatsApp. Multi day retreats and trips outside San Juan are quoted as one flat number.

A Saturday retreat day from San Juan

7:00 AM Pickup at the church parking lot. Coolers and instruments loaded in the back.

8:30 AM Arrival at the retreat center in the mountains. The van stays on site.

12:30 PM Lunch run to town for anyone who needs it.

4:00 PM Departure. Stop for ice cream or a quick view on the way down.

5:30 PM Back at the church. Package complete, extra hours at $100 for the white van.

Do you give a discount for nonprofits and churches?

Our white van rate of $500 for 5 hours is already the budget option. For recurring trips we can set a fixed monthly price.

Can the driver help seniors board?

Yes. Drivers assist with boarding and luggage. If your group needs a wheelchair accessible vehicle, tell us and we will do our best to arrange it.

Is there a minimum?

Four hours for hourly service. Short one way trips can be priced as a flat transfer instead.

Can we bring food and instruments?

Yes. Coolers, food, instruments and sound equipment are welcome. Just keep the aisle clear.

How do we pay?

A deposit holds the date and the balance is paid on the day by card or cash, or in advance by invoice for the church.
